Why is the Hub free? +

Lumora Business Hub is a free resource from Lumora Business Solutions, created to give small businesses practical knowledge, assessments, tools and guidance. You do not have to purchase a Lumora service to use the Hub.

Why does the Hub ask for my business name? +

Some activities may use your business name to personalise an output or complete an activity. Only provide information that the specific Hub activity asks for.

Do I have to provide personal information? +

No. The Hub is designed around practical business activities and does not require sensitive personal or financial information to use its core resources.

Is the Hub an app? +

The Hub is a web-based app. You can use it directly in your browser, or optionally add it to your Home Screen for quicker access and an app-like experience.

Do I have to add the Hub to my Home Screen? +

No. Adding the Hub to your Home Screen is completely optional. You can continue using the Hub directly from your browser.

Does adding the Hub to my Home Screen give Lumora access to my phone? +

No. Adding a web app to your Home Screen provides convenient access to the Hub. It does not give Lumora access to your photos, contacts, banking apps, passwords or personal files simply because you added the Hub to your Home Screen.

Will Lumora ever ask for my password or banking information? +

No. Lumora will not ask you for passwords, banking PINs, OTPs, card PINs, online banking logins, social-media passwords or other private credentials.

What should I do if someone claims to be Lumora and asks for sensitive information? +

Do not provide the information and do not follow suspicious instructions. Verify the communication using the official Lumora contact details published through Lumora's official channels.

Can I use the Hub without adding it to my phone? +

Yes. The Hub works in your web browser. The Home Screen option is simply a convenient way to access it more quickly.
